Although I’m from Long Island, I never had the opportunity to explore the Hamptons until I was invited by BrownStyle Magazine to attend the grand opening of the new Blue Water Spa in Southampton.

My day trip was amazing! The drive out east was therapeutic, and it made me realize why I should probably explore more of Long Island before the Summer is over.

When I arrived at the location renowned as a hybrid day & med spa, I was pleasantly greeted and given a tour by Blue Water Spa’s owner Rachel Lee Lozina.

While speaking with the experienced esthetician with over 21 years of experience about potential treatments, I was impressed to learn that the luxury spa specializes in hi-tech facials and body sculpting.

Emsculpt Neo: My Experience

Now I love spas, but I must admit, I’ve never done body sculpting. Even though I’m petite and pretty toned, I was open to receiving a complimentary Emsculpt Neo treatment.

You may be asking yourself, what is Emsculpt Neo? Simply put, it’s a non-invasive body sculpting treatment that simultaneously burns fat and builds muscle.

According to the Blue Water Spa’s website, “Emsculpt Neo induces powerful muscle contractions and heats the targeted tissues using a combination of radiofrequency (RF) energy and high-intensity focused electromagnetic (HIFEM) pulses. The dual-action treatment helps reduce stubborn fat deposits and enhances muscle tone and strength, particularly in areas like the abdomen, buttocks, thighs, and arms.”

The luxury treatment costs around $900 per session but definitely worth the experience.

Below, see highlights from my day trip and why I highly recommend visiting Blue Water Spa!

So if you find yourself in the Hamptons, make sure you visit Blue Water Spa– it’s worth every penny!
