As someone who starts and ends their day with social media, I can assure you that I am a very credible source when it comes to finding trendy beauty products on TikTok. And yes, more than likely, I’ve shopped them!
TBH: One thing about me is that I can’t resist a good beauty product. I have three different lip masks on my side table, but I’ll probably end up buying a fourth one if I scroll on TikTok long enough…LOL.
Last year, I embarked on trying some of the trendiest beauty products of 2023. I’m here to tell you that most of the ones I tried were worth the hype! So much so that I decided to bring many of them into my beauty routine in the new year.

Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask
I’ll admit that it took me a while to hop on this bandwagon, but now that I’m here, there’s no going back! After years of chapped lips, admittedly from my lack of hydration throughout busy days, the Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask has been a lifesaver.
After seeing it all over my #ForYouPage (FYP), I decided to give it a chance. I used it a few times throughout the day and religiously every night before bed and I can confirm it left my lips soft and chap-free each time!
HEETA Hair Scalp Massager
Less than $8 and close to 150k reviews, this is a trendy item worth the splurge. This scalp massager feels SO GOOD!
I use mine whenever I shampoo or have any kind of clarifying mask on my scalp. It’s the best feeling! It also stimulates hair growth and removes product buildup, which is a big bonus.
MIELLE Rosemary Oil
Mielle Rosemary Oil is one of my best-kept beauty secrets! It has been a HUGE help in my haircare journey, especially in the thickness department. It had a viral moment this past year and has since been seen all over my social media feeds. I’m happy to say the secret is finally out!
Vsiopy Claw Clips
These tutorials flood my feeds— even today. I love my 3-pack for under $8! Although very cute for throw-and-go hairstyles—these are a lifesaver during Zoom calls— these are very uncomfortable for driving or leaning back on a couch.
FACEMADE Powder Puffs
Before finding these wonderful creations, my go-to was applying setting powder with either a fluffy brush or my knock-off beauty blender. Neither of these application methods was great, but I made do. Now I am SO glad to have found Facemade Powder Puffs thanks to TikTok!

If you haven’t heard of this one, you probably don’t use social media often. Snail mucin is one of the strangest items to blow up on TikTok, but I am so glad it did!
This CosRX Snail Mucin is a great staple in my skincare routine. I use it both night and day, as an essence before my moisturizer. As someone with dry, sensitive skin I was initially doubtful. But I quickly joined the over 45K+ 5-star reviews on Amazon!
Revlon One-Step Dryer Brush
I LOVE my dryer brush! Although I do hate to see all the hair fall and pulling that may come of it, you can’t beat the at-home salon blowout look this gives you time and time again! Did I mention it’s only $43? Such a deal.
Bum Bum Cream
My first experience seeing the Sol de Janeiro Brazilian Bum Bum Cream was when I touched my friend’s hand and instantly noticed how soft it felt. “It’s all because of this cream,” she told me with pride, pulling a travel-sized edition of the moisturizer out of her purse.
That same week, I saw this cream everywhere on social media, and it didn’t disappoint. Not to mention, the dreamy smell does transport you to a beach!
